Stone Gallery has a 16,000 Sq Foot fabrication workshop conveniently located in Brooklyn just blocks from Industry City. Clients and designers are able to come in person and pick from hundreds of natural stone pallets and imported tiles. Stone Gallery has procurement resources from all over the world as well as local and has state-of-the art new computerized equipment to do precision fabrication. Stone Gallery is equipped with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) is critical in any modern plant where production & lead time are important especially where fine tolerance is required. All jobs large & small have the same benefits from utilizing the same modern equipment and experienced management. Stone Gallery uses two brand new bridge cutting machines with multi axis capability.

 TECHNOLOGY / MACHinery

Stone Gallery’s State of The Art fabrication shop and showroom is over 16,000 Sq. Feet and houses the top of the line technology in stone cutting and fabrication. Stone Gallery has State-of-the-Art cutting machines including the Zonato FPZ 500 and the QUBO. The Italian made Zonato FPZ 500 Bridge Saw has a 21 HP motor with control features and multiple cutting axis. It can cut from a 11’x11’ slab 7” deep with its 24” diamond blade. The V shaped saw guide tracks on a motorized gantry with linear bearings keep the precise shape and variable speed saw head enable perfect cutting. the hydraulic 360 degree rotating table allow great flexibility in shaping the stone. Aside from its production programmability the machine has a manual mode to allow almost any cut, shape & profile. The material obtainment, precise measurement & computer controlled cutting and shaping are extremely important requirements for any experienced stone fabricator. Stone Gallery has all those capabilities and the experienced management and staff to carry out the process. Stone doesn’t simply come straight from a quarry and installed. There are many different types such as Limestone, Granite, Travertine, Bluestone, Quartzites, etc. that come in varying thicknesses. These rough stone shapes usually in slab form must be engineered, cut, shaped, treated & finished to the liking & specification of the end user.
